The Official Hillywood Show Cruise Program Outline
*Programming dates and times are subject to change.* Friday, January 7, 2011Ship Opens For Boarding: If you check your luggage at the port, expect it to take several hours for it to arrive in your cabin. This is recommended if you want to freshen up or change before heading up for registration and other activities.Registration/Customer Service: Registration for the cruise program will open at TBD. Each attendee will need to head to registration to pick up their printed program and conference badge. You will be grouped into 3 groups for smaller functions, so if you registered in a group be sure to check in together so you can stay in the same group! The Jack Sparrow Pirate Booty Hunt: Find hidden clues aboard the Imagination in a Hillywood contest! Each attendee will be given a scavenger hunt sheet to complete while on board. The first 100 attendees to find all the clues, return to registration and turn in the paper will win entrance to one of our two meet and greet sessions with The Hillywood Show!Rehearsal for The Hillywood Show LIVE: The selected productions from our Hollywood At Sea contest, judged and selected by the Hillywood girls themselves, will need to report to the Dynasty Main Lounge to rehearse their skits and prepare for the show! Details about the contest will be announced soon.Mandatory Emergency Evacuation Test: This test is required by law on all cruise lines. Each attendee will report to their designated zones to perform a safety and emergency evacuation test. Dont forget your life vests (they will be located in your cabin rooms)! You will be given your zone by the cruise line.Anchors Aweigh: Its time to set sail! Once youve had time to get settled into your rooms, put on your hippest (weather appropriate) beach wear and head up to the resort pool to kick off our cruise! Its usually in the 70s in January in the Caribbean (including Miami), so sarongs and cover ups might be a good idea for those who get chilly. Live music from a fandom favorite band (TBA), fruity drinks (at the cash bar) and new friends will set the mood for your weekend aboard the Imagination! Photos are fine here.Group Dinner: Head back to your room to get dressed for dinner. Dinner in the main dining room is spectacular and is a 5-star experience! This is a signature part of the cruise each night, as these meals are top-notch, and the service spectacular (the waiters usually sing and dance on the last night!). Dress is semi-formal or smart casual, which means you dont need to don your best attire, but it won't hurt to have fun and dress up a bit! Slacks for men and slacks or skirts for women would be appropriate. T-shirts and jeans might be a bit too casual for diners in these dining rooms. On the last night, cruisers usually dress in formal attire, so if you have a dress stored away and waiting for a reason to be worn, dust it off and pack it! If you prefer a more casual atmosphere, there are several casual dining options to choose from aboard the ship that are also included in your fare. For an extra-special experience, you might try one of the exclusive restaurants aboard the Imagination, but reservations are required and these meals are not included in your fare. The Hillywood Show LIVE: Experience The Hillywood Show live as they perform a live skit on stage! You wont get a live Hillywood Show experience anywhere else, so dont miss this once-in-a-lifetime performance by the creators of The Hillywood Show and select cast from the New Moon Parody!
